Our business has been providing heavy vehicle repair and service work [trucks and buses] throughout the Esperance region since 1986 and services many major heavy vehicle brands including Scania, Volvo, UD & Mack.
Trades
Heavy Diesel Mechanics (x2)
We are currently looking for suitably qualified Heavy Vehicle Technicians to join our team. The successful applicants will help deliver exceptional customer service.
To be considered for this position, you will meet the following requirements:
- Hold an Australian recognised tradesperson qualification (Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic or equivalent).
- Experience working on:
- Scania, Volvo and Mack trucks (Desirable).
- Truck Trailer maintenance & repairs.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written.
- An excellent team player with the ability to work unsupervised when required.
- Hold a current HR, HC or MC driver’s licence (Desirable).
- Police clearance.
- Evidence of having the Right to Work in Australia.
Terms of employment will be negotiable based on levels of experience, with some requirement for on call and/or weekend work. Relocation assistance will be available for suitable candidates.

Operations
Service Officer / Receptionist
We are currently looking for a Service Officer/Receptionist to join our team. The successful applicant will help deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties involved will include:
- Creation of New Job Cards using MYOB.
- Picking parts for Service Kits.
- Maintaining Vehicle Service records.
- Liaising with customers when Servicing, Campaigns or Recalls are due.
- Schedule Services and Repairs.
- Provide support to Workshop Staff.
- General Reception and Admin tasks using MYOB, Excel and Word.
The ideal candidate for this role would:
- be available to work 5 days per week from 7.30 am -4.30 pm,
- be customer-service focused,
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- have well-developed organisational skills,
- show attention to detail,
- have the ability to multi-task and establish priorities,
- have a current manual driver’s licence
- have the ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment.
